0kg Correction Procedure

This page guides you through the 0kg correction procedure.

Procedure for 0kg Correction at Initial Setup

1. Insert alkaline batteries into the SmartMat and place it on a flat surface.

2. Press the [button] lightly.

Do not put your hand on the top panel or place an object on it when pressing the button.

3. When the green light blinks twice and lights up a third time, the 0 kg correction is complete.

*When the Smart Mat is moved to a new location, be sure to perform the 0 kg correction.

Procedure for 0 kg correction of installed Smart Mat

1. Lower the product placed on the Smart Mat.

2. Remove one dry cell battery.

3. Press the button about 10 times.

4. Reinsert the removed battery and cover the mat with the lid.

5. Press the button lightly without placing the product.

*When pressing the button, do not put your hand on the top panel or place any object on it.

6. When the green lamp blinks twice and lights up for the third time, the 0 kg correction is complete.

*Please be sure to perform the 0 kg correction when you move the installation location of the Smart Mat.

How to check if 0 kg is actually displayed

1. Perform manual measurement.

2. Confirm that the connection was successful

3. Check the latest measured value.

After performing the 0 kg correction, click the button on the mat again for 1 second.
After confirming that the green light on the mat itself turns on and off, move to the SmartMat Cloud screen.
On the Inventory List page, check the appropriate mat and click on "Actions" and then "Full/change weight/threshold per mat".
Click [Latest Measurements] to see the current weight.
