About Account Creation

This section provides information on how to create a new SmartMat Cloud (Management Page) account for your company or organization after signing a new SmartMat contract.

Account Creation Procedure

1. Access the member registration page.

2. Fill in the required information and click "Register".

Please enter your password with at least 10 single-byte alphanumeric symbols.
Symbols can be ASCII character code symbols.

3. An authentication e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

If you do not receive an authentication email, please check the following.

• Is the email address you entered correct?
• Is it in your spam/promotions folder?
• Is the browser you are using one of the recommended browsers?
• Is your system blocking the receipt of e-mail from [e-mail]?

4. Click [Verify email address] in the body of the email.

Once you have created an account, please log in and place your SmartMat order.
